Should there be rear airflow after a rear AC delete?

Hi All,
I had a shop cap off the rear AC and am curious if there should still be airflow coming out of the vents in the second and third row. A couple of my passangers in the second and third row informed me that there is no airflow coming of these vents. I would think that there would still be airflow going to the second and third rows despite the rear AC delete right?
Im hoping to atleast have heat going to those rows as it will be getting cold soon. (I've already replaced the heater hoses that run under the cab to the third row)
Does anyone have any ideas on what i should check? possibly the shop that performed the rear AC delete removed the fuse for the rear blower motor?
Thank you

Heat comes from under driver seat, pipe to bottom back of center console. Look you'll see the heat vent.

No heat from roof vent, even with working rear AC.

Would there still be any airflow that would come from the roof vents? even just for airflow?

I don't know of any outside air tube, that could push air through to rear. Like in front HVAC unit. But if rear blower still in place and connect to power and rear fan turn on. Possibly, you could get rear air flow. Otherwise IDTS.
