I also noticed that you need to add some bump stops to the front as the harmonic balancer is getting into your aluminum drag link on compression. Could be part of the problem.... but I doubt it.
Ok what happens if there's binding? Bossman or georg shows up in santa's sled with gifts of uninterrupted smooth steering?
