We got it back together, minus the front dshaft. It needs some mods, so i sent it back to Carolina driveline.

Then sheialala scared the baJesus out of my sister with a full throttle ride down the street. Great day.

Since hot springs, the steering has been different. Not sure how to describe it other than it "catches" or "sticks" from time to time, and gets really tight about 1/4 turn before extremes of left or right.

You probably need more oil pressure in the power steering pump!

My wild guess!

First step is to lift the front of the truck, remove all steering linkage so that each wheel moves independantly of the other, then carefully move each wheel through it's range carefully looking for any binding or such.

I also noticed that you need to add some bump stops to the front as the harmonic balancer is getting into your aluminum drag link on compression. Could be part of the problem.... but I doubt it.
