Just added this to the FAQ. I hadn't seen it before. Always good to PM me with nice threads like this

Troubleshooting a no sound issue and ran it in my 2014 and received no codes even when I disconnected the F1 connector which I believe ties the Head unit to the amp.

Not sure what Most means. I don't see a check on the Stereo output

MOST is the audio bus between the head unit and the amp.
 
Hey all. I’ve been trying to diagnose a loss of audio issue for a bit now and I’m gonna pull my front seat tonight. However, I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out how to get back to the service check window. for some reason now when I do the secret menu sequence it goes to a diagnosis check screen not to the previous that had the green label and the amp check. Please see attached photo.

Not an expert, but try unhooking the pos cable and let it sit for a few minutes
