I have a 1988 Fj62 with a 5.3 Vortec, H55 5-spd, CCOT 3" lift and 35" tires on it. It's my daily driver and I drive at least 20 miles per day on the highway. I just ate through my second set of rear spider gears. What is my best option here?

The ring and pinion are fine it's just the differential gear set? We're they used Toyota OEM?

I'm rocking the same engine/trans setup on 34's with 3.70's (I do 65+ highway miles a day@70 mph) and I've been lucky so far. Makes me wonder if there's something more to these failures?
When I do eventually re-gear I'll likely go with nitro. Very popular amongst the off-road community

I put in the Yukon YPKTLC-S-30 gear set YPKTLC-S-30: Yukon standard open spider gear inner parts kit for Toyota Landcruiser with 30 spline axles
They seemed solid... but perhaps not. Which brand do you think is the most heavy duty. Yeah, with the extra power and 5th gear its a lot of fun to drive.
