Hey without going through this thread, where are you meeting? I am on Bainbridge so my ferry $$ and timing and travel schedule might make it a super pain in the ass.

June is ugly travel wise, out the 5-13th, 19th, 23-27th (good thing RCR has all the TRD wheels he needs:rofl:).
We mett at the shop club in SoDo

Anyone going to the Northwest Overland Rally? I may try to hit it up Saturday and Sunday. Not signed up yet but the wife Ok'ed it Nor sure if we will camp there might be my compromise.

I’m bummed to miss this year. Was considering getting a day pass.

I'll be a the Northwest Overland Rally from Thursday to Sunday. Staying Wednesday night at the local state park and then onsite. I signed up for a Friday Trail ride. It's probably the best way for those not familiar with the overland camping to see what vehicles, options, etc are available. If necessary you can bribe your wife with a one hour spa treatment at the Sleeping Lady Resort for every hour on the obstacle course.

If anyone is interested, I plan to try to drive up to Gallagher Head Lake on Sat, June 8th. I will be camping with the family near by. I plan to to drive up and down in a day. Spend a few hours at the lake and hike around. Note other groups normally do this in July. So it might still have snow on the trail and be a total bust. (I don't have a winch, so I'll be playing it safe.)

@raincityrider - You can add me to the list for the 12th.

Hi there, new to me '13 LC as of only a month ago. I live on the mean streets of Norkirk (cough), Kirkland outside Seattle.

It snows so seldom here in greater Seattle, but for the first time I can plow up to Snoqualmie Pass and beyond certain times of the year and have a good chance of making the R/T okay. Last Xmas we had to use the GF's Durango to get to Leavenworth, now it's my turn to at least have the ability to navigate weather and other obstacles.

Fun thing will be: if I attend a group adventure via this forum, will I want to take my suburbanite, luxo-barge pretty waxed black LC out into the bushes? I've rolled on plenty out here via the trails (woods bikes) and fire roads (Adventure bikes), but not so much 4x4 or even AWD. I've ridden BMW GS 1200's in southern Africa several times, thousands of miles, so the concept is familiar at-least. Thanks....
