I'm pretty content with the cab placement. its close to the stock front wheel position. And is working out well with the long drivetrain

Above I finished the body mounts and fuel tank bracket. With the use of a hammer the stock tank now barely fits with the drivetrain.

Now were shifting gears!! Had to cut and re angle the shifter for the trans to avoid hitting the steering wheel. and lengthen the rods on the twin stick setup to accomodate the doubler length

Toyota sets the engines in cocked to the driver side for front drive shaft clearances, probably not that much room when your dropping in a v8. But every inch counts.

Cruise diesel , you're right. Engine is over to the left at least an inch. When welding in your own motor mounts you can put it where ever you want, offset seems to give enough room for the tcase on the right side

Update!!! I did lose my phone mid build. (Fell into a pool while painting lol) lost all mu pics but figured there may be afew still interested and I'm gonna continue.

Here I shortened the rear track bar . Welded the pieces together and sleeved it with Dom. Now the axle is centered much better

I wanted to fit the twinstick in the original position. It did, just a bit wide. So I made this extension piece

Trans tunnel is complete!! It need to be extended for the black box. The Nv4500 to 19spline fit nicely without mods but the doubler pushed it back 5.75in. Also added a floor mounted E brake, that's makes 5 hand levers!!
