Nice.

Fitted the Softtop today, that came with the vehicle. Here are a few pics. The Frame looks original, but the Top is Aftermarket, as it still has the name of a local Manufacturer. Nevertheless, everything fits perfect! Should I ever change the softtop then I would opt for the leather straps on rear corners!

All components.

I wish I had your Hardtop.

i'm sure you probably know this.. but reproduction OEM style soft tops are available for your 43.. search ehsan if you want to know more.

I do, in fact, I put together the very first 'group buy' with Ehsan back in the day. He makes cool stuff. He has FJ-43 tops too as he has built some for a customer in Europe.

I just need to buck up and order one. $1500. It would look killer. Tan vinalized canvas. :smokin:

As said before, I'm jealous of yours!

What is your paint code?

That's a great color!

I suspect Judson Green T453, but am not too sure!

Man, me too.

I think I am going to email Ehsan about a drop-down tailgate for it. I will hold off on a soft-top until I can determine if I can keep it or not.

One thing I want to do it start at the front and completely rebuilt and clean up the drivetrain. The motor is fresh, but the knuckles and tie rods need some love.

heres a FJ43 non removable top, i think these pics are from here on mud.

I think a FJ43 non-removable top IS a FJ44. From all I can find, the FJ-43 was either soft-top or NO top. The 44 series was the hard top version.

That picture of the non-removable...that top does not look OEM to me.

Keep the pics coming. I love it.
