1968 FJ40. I think these came off window felts but the number of holes don’t match. The only other thing I can think of is clips for the dash?????

I think those came off the felts on the backside of the fender aprons, where they meet up with the cowl.

Those hold the felt straps to the gas tanks from the 60's...I believe also
