We spec and use the 6537 or 6529 for our PS install kits. They ship with a list or part numbers for the box, pumps, belts, pulleys, etc that we try and keep up to date. Fwiw the Napa 39-1079 is a 3.5 turn box. The 6537 and 27 boxes should be 4.25 but can come with a different ratio, bring a flange or vise grips to the parts store when you pickup to check. Having driven Cruisers with both ratios, I prefer the 4.25 particularly on larger rigs.
You sell a kit complete? And this will fit a 1989 62?

Your FJ62 should already have power steering, you won't need a conversion kit.

What is it you're looking to replace or repair?

@greenbeasty @pbgbottle

I was just reading an old post where @greenbeasty was asking about a P/N for the 2.5 turn Sag box......See below for couple of options if you are still looking. I am about to go down this road myself and am thinking the 2.5 turn box would be better on the road as I also dislike the floating feeling on the road.

Interesting article on Saginaw boxes:

I have always used Saginaw 800 series boxes (4-bolt, 4.25-turns) in my Cruisers. I especially like the "slow" steering offload, but the highway behavior takes some getting used to. Instead of thinking about the number of turns lock-to-lock, it is also useful to consider the gear ratio. It is my understanding, and please correct me if I am wrong, the 4-turn Saginaw 800 box has a ratio of 20:1. In contrast, more recent, recirculating-ball boxes are 12.7:1. I am guessing that pbgbottle's steering box is 12.7:1. This is termed a "fast" steering box.

When I built my extended-cab FJ45, I knew it was not going to be a hard-core trail rig, and hence did not want a 4-turn box. But with it being a big truck, I did not want a fast steering box. I decided to try a Saginaw/Delphi 700 box (PN 800205). This is a variable-speed steering box that was used in late 1970's F cars. It has a ratio of 16:1 "at-center" making it less sensitive to steering wheel movement driving down the road, and a ratio of 13:1 "past-center". It is a 3-bolt box that fits perfectly on the older 4-bolt pattern. At the time I purchased it from Borgeson, who was rebuilding them with some improvements.

I really like the steering in my big truck. If you are not planning on hard-core crawling but perhaps more "overlanding" you might give this option some thought.

OldRocDoc is correct:
3 1/2 turn box is 16 to 1, 13 to 1 when variable ratio.
4 1/4 turn box is 20 to 1, 17 to 1 when variable ratio.
I've always believed the 3 1/2 turn boxes have the best ratio for off road and on road, no mushy feel on the highway.
