Dang, I'm going to miss this. Leaving for Death Valley on Monday and will be in Pismo Thursday.
 
...in the spirit of Sandchef, I was going to wait until 24 hours before the event to release the secret location. But I think Patty spilled the beans early and the secret location, with maps and aerial photos, went out to the A list people on Saturday.
B list people got a note today.

How about a night run at Arden mall? I bet the 80s would come....

Roguebetty needs a valve adjusting lesson, It'd be nice if we could get that done too.
 
thanks Pighead. Got my valves adjusted today we are all good in that area. Yea they were all mighty tight but all are in proper adjustment now. No help needed there but if anyone wants to help watch rebuild knuckles, think I am gonna tackle it next Sunday!!!

I am in for Tuesday. Beer is good.

Not quite so sure about the Arden Mall, don't know if i want to battle the holiday shoppers.

If you guys really want to wrench still gotta fix the e-brake and adjust the clutch peddle. I would definitely let you all play with my truck. Gotta keep in mind that it gets dark around 5 now so we gonna need a lighted area. If we are doing it at Pigheads I would love to bring some grub and good beer.
 
LOL-Beer and brake work do NOT mix.

Freeing those ebrake bellcranks is a big job. Maybe another day. How about we change the oil and call it good?

In the dark. It'll probably rain too.
We could just fill the radiator overflow...and the windshield washer reservoir. Just won't tell the newbee what we fill them with.
So. do we assemble at my place, somebody others' place, a commercial establishment? (oh, for the newbee...any reference to a mall is a dig at the 80 series (you know, the Mall Cruisers))

Good thing I don't need any of your fluids I keep mine all full, so once again thanks for the offer. Plus I can probably make some sound guesses of what you like to use, especially with all the beer drinking ;)
