OK sports fans....here are the latest updates...

This year, we have something unique to mark the 10th anniversary:
the Event shirt for the drivers will be a Mechanics shirt! Additional shirts can be ordered as either regular t-shirts or Mechanics depending on your preference (the mechanics shirts will be a little more expensive.)

There will be a "Mason County Road Tour" approximately 60 miles thru the hill country, very scenic, low water crossings, some dirt roads....hosted by Katemcy Rocks...fun for all.

Katemcy Rocks is also setting up a geocaching game, similar to a poker run, but using GPS....Everyone can take part in this one, so bring your GPS.

Friday night will be pot luck dinner, the kids raffle, regular raffles, and the band "Two Tons of Steel"

Saturday night will include the BBQ dinner followed by "Matt Stell and Deep Roots"

We will continue to update as more activites are added.

Good afternoon Butch
Just letting you know that Marlin & I will be driving out to the event in March. We will be taking the Tundra and towing the Crawler truck out there. See you soon.

I'm pretty sure I'll be coming out to this event, have a week of vacation that week so it looks like everything is falling into place. Hopefully I'll be able to come out to Pappa's next month and actually meet some of you guys, and become a dues paying member here shortly as well.

Is this a camping event, or do most of you guys end up hotel and moteling and just come out during the day to wheel? I'm assuming the land will be available for overnight camping as that's what I have started planning on, but just want to find out for sure. Any plans for a LC caravan on the way down there?

I'll most likely be camping again.

This year I know there are showers which I will be taking advantage of. Last year, I smelt bad after 4 days

Right on... I typically don't shower when out in the wild as well... but we'll see what happens.

Sweet!!

We've missed out the past few years, but looks like we are returning this year. Looking forward to it!

If you have not registered please do so soon. It will help us with the shirt orders and general planning. Thanks.

Question on shirts: I already registered, but was one of the earlybirds. Now there are shirt options, and I prefer my driver's shirt to be a mechanic shirt. I would also like to order a second mechanic shirt for my wife. Who do I contact to make this adjustment to my registration?

Grassy-ass!

[Paypal receipt dated Jan 9, I paid for one extra t-shirt too, but would like to keep that in addition to the 2 mechanic shirts.]

If anyone hears of someone needing a way to get their rig (or anything big for that matter) to the event between Nashville and Dallas, I'll have room for one or two on my trailer both ways.

I've got you down on your driver shirt. Just go back and place an order for a second mechanic shirt on the site.
