Still gotta install the flooring, then I'll get started on the wiring...

Rack looks great! especially for something you scrapped together.

Awesome job.

Thanx mang :)

Oh yeah, surprisingly, the wind noise is not nearly as loud as it was without the lights and upper bars

Before (with just the base), it was loud @ 45mph and just got louder and louder

Now I don't even know it's there until I hit about 80

Working on a wind deflector to reduce noise with the sunroof open....

Really? Hmmmmm...... I don't even have my ARB on anymore because it's so damn loud. So maybe i should put a bunch of lights on it to quiet it down.

I second Alia176. The wind us goi8ng around the bars and creating turbulence. If you make the bottom solid it will not make as much noise. On my African Outback rack, it is pretty quiet without the rail.

I did the air horns, where did you get them? What dB are they?

Oh, and I think you missed a few spots where you could add lights. How about pointing straight up and light the sky?;)

Yep, much more quiet than before :)

Still loud with the sunroof open, but I'm working on a fix for that

The HB4H hornset is from Hornblasters (made by Buell)

The big gun is a Nathan Airchime K3HA that I got from a collector in South Carolina :)

Nathan rates them @ about 142 db's....

However, there's a big misconception on how horns are measured, so don't let that low number fool you....

That 142 db horn is actually about 10 times louder than the claimed "152 db" chrome horns you see flaoting around on fleabay

Don't have to take my word for it though, here's a test vid I made before I installed it on the Previa :grinpimp:
