Do any of these interfere with the sunroof?

The glass retracts into the headliner so no, the rack does not interfere with the sunroof. You don't get much sun with a loaded rack though.

I like the Baja that @surfpig and couple are running. But they are low profile as well.

I would have gotten the Prinsu in a heartbeat if it was available at the time...

Does it clear the glass during tilt though?

I remember seeing photos of a shattered sunroof a while back and apparently the reason was just a slight touch from the rack when the glass was tilted up on a bumpy road

I totally forgot about tilt. Shows you how often I use the sunroof. So I was curious and checked. At full tilt the ARB doesn't interfere. If it was moved forward half an inch one of the cross bars would be pretty close. Looks like it would still clear but close enough maybe that something like you're describing snake could happen.

Is the raptor liner not the commercial version of the ale liner? I would like to do a two the desert tan and OD green as my ARB and kaymar bumpers are gravel blasted and would like to protect the body before the next winter.
