Looks like just minor scrapes and bumps on the fridge! Now to power it up and see if it works.

Looks like a good replacement handle. I went cheap with the warezdog recommended handles, not spring loaded ($5 each?) . I rarely hear them banging around, but carry a couple of pieces of elastic Velcro to secure them to the fridge tie downs if they get noisy.

I would have done spring loaded handles but I'm too cheap!

Pretty sure I just snagged one. Unless someone on here got it before me.
I ordered 1 @ 1:00pm CST, which was an hour before you. When I ordered mine it said there was only 1, I completed checkout then it showed 0, then I refreshed page & it showed 1 in stock(???), now it says none. There website is jinky to say the least. I hope ours went thru!

*When I go to the 'track your order' page, it says I've never ordered anything from them even though I got an order confirmation email. I called them & they said it takes 24-48hrs to show my order even though it's supposed to ship today(???????). Weird way of doing business.

Did you both choose the deliver to address as the bill to address, if one of you did and the other didn't then I know who's getting it!

Just got shipping confirmation & tracking number!!! Now, I know I need to check all the wiring, upgrade the handles & make/buy tiedown brackets. Any confirmation on the best 12V plug to upgrade to (I'll eventually be adding dedicated 12V power for fridge in back)?

Damn youuuuu!

Damn youuuuu!
Maybe you got 1 too!!!! Hopefully, because I sure know the 'missed out this time' feeling when it comes to these damn things.

Hella plugs & outlets, power pole style, or hardwire (the best). I wouldn't mess around with upgraded cigarette lighter style plugs & outlets (live and learn).

The metal handles probably wouldn't make bad tie down points. I have the metal handles and a square 12 ga tie down plate that mounts behind the handle. If all hell breaks loose, it will probably rip out whatever is mounted to the side of the fridge anyway.

This will be my second time. It did the same thing to me. 1 in stock, ordered it. Checked the site, said out of stock and then a little while later said 1 in stock.

I googled Hella plugs, hella outlet, Edgestar Hella, etc. & can't make out what it is I am looking @ or needing. What I see is a cord that has an end like an electric guitar! Or the other one has a guitar looking plug w/a socket attached to it. Can you post a pic of the socket & of the cord? I'd really appreciate it!

Yeah, that's kind of what they look like. Also used on BMW motorcycles, Google BMW motorcycle plug. Read back through this thread I think there was some additional photos and comments.

Here is a good bit of info about the plug & outlet:

Does anyone have a photo of the 80Q in a cruiser? Way bigger than I would need when I go out solo, 75% of the time, but for family time it may work. When the family goes I am a "camping contractor", everything gets packed.

Ordered mine yesterday at 1pm and got it today at 3pm. Damn that's fast!!!!! I'm at work so won't have time to inspect it till tomorrow morning.
