Two different pieces, and ambiguous title. Spring or shackle hanger? 2/80 cutoff is also relevant (15 vs18mm)

Apologies for ambiguity. After looking at a few different sites, I was really struggling with it's proper name.

Spring Perch Bracket (in front of the rear wheel). Not the hanger behind the rear wheel. Pre 2/80. Final Answer.
