I didn't think our pearl white in the US is the same as the white in the rest of the world. So Rhino4x4 might not be able to color match it. Plus, if you have a local shop color match it, then you'll be more likely to get it closer to your vehicle's actual color (if the shop is a good one). You can just hand over your trailer hitch cover to the shop and they can use that as the reference for color matching.
If I had to do it again on my white LC, I would order the bumper with white powder coat, then sand-smooth and prep that powder coat so the shop can paint over it. That way when the paint inevitably chips, there's durable white powder coat underneath, so the chips aren't noticable and you won't get rust issues.
