What are you missing? Stuff that should have come with the bumper?

I'm afraid that may happen to me next week when I start the installation at a shop.
I received two manuals. The original and another for the facelift. I found myself going back and forth on the manuals. There are two pieces that go in to the frame chassis that connect to long bolts. I couldn't make any sense out of the photo in the manual. Called Rhino and spoke to Ben. He got me on track. He said don't drop the piece in the frame, of course I did and that was not a fun fishing event. BTW - Ben sent me another manual that was different than the two I received. I had to reference all three and decide what was valid for my parts.

Be curious to see what manual(s) you guys received.

See images. These are for the skid plates. I do have the upper one on. I would go t o a big box store and buy but I don't think they sell these wrench nuts.

FWIW I recall having trouble with the skid plate install and those wrench nuts. Fortunately I had a plethora of random bolts, nuts, etc. handy to find something to make it work, but your experience is not unique. I had completely forgotten about that until I saw your pics!

Can you run a tap through it and clean up the threads?
I could but still missing two that are for the second lower skid. Upper takes 6 and it’s mounted w 5. Should have come w 8 total.

Was this issue with the PRE-FACELIFT (08) or the FACELIFT Models?

Have an appointment with my mechanic so I can "Help" with the install next week. Would be nice to get that cleared up since it's not my garage space.

I am interested in the fit bc I too have the 08 LC200 ....THX

Got the bumper finally installed. For those doing paint, make sure and unwrap all your parts. I assumed only the wings needed paint. After getting them back from being painted, I unwrapped another part which was the center top piece and it was white! I figured it would be black like the winch cradle and lower middle. That set me back a few days. I had four paint quotes from $400-$1800. I settled on the lower end and it's not a perfect match but I really don't care and it sets the bumper apart. I need to get PPF applied.

My truck has the OEM suspension. The added weight includes ARB dual compressor, aux battery, Comeup Seal Gen 2 12.5 winch and this bumper. I will most likely add OME BP-51 as the next upgrade, after getting my Bud Built sliders delivered/installed. I don't know if I will keep the light bar on or not. I'm going with a light bar on the factory rack - also waiting for that to be delivered.

I'll share more photos of the install later and some tips. Missing some bolts and specialty nuts so have not installed the lower skid plate. Have reached out to Rhino 4x4.

That looks great!

Where did you end up putting the solenoid for the winch? Also, what fairlead and shackle did you use? What was your total install time?

I'll be installing the same bumper and winch in a few months. Just waiting on a Dissent rear bumper so I can get both painted at the same time.

Did you happen to measure the diameter of the spotlight mount bar in the middle? I have one of these on order and will probably mount some lights... can't find anything on diameter on site...

Width from bracket mount end to the other is 33". Diameter is shown.
It should also come with these mounts.

Thanks for going to the trouble? I think you are giving me circumference... which if I am reading right is 6.5"? I can divide by "Pie" to get Diameter

There you go. It's ~ 2" in diameter. I can't measure now as wife is out and about in the LC.

I’ll be selling my bumper. It’s 2016+ blizzard white with the wings painted from Toyota. Decided to go a different route with the truck. Also have the winch, but can keep for down the road. If anyone is interested pm me.
