Finally pulled the trigger and bought a 100 series. 2003, 245k miles, kind of a piece, but it's perfect. My daughter and I were eating on the tailgate and she was worried about spilling her drink, so, I took my soda and poured some on the tailgate, told her this vehicle is about having fun and not being perfect; one reason I converted from a bronco. Anyway, I haul the kids around a lot and enjoy the rear hvac system compared to the bronco...BUT the controls are out of their reach in the third row essentially. SO, is there a way to have the rear setting mirror the front or has anyone relocated the rear control panel somewhere more convenient like instead of the back center console audio controls or something. Or is simply the auto settings enough, we just got it so we haven't tested it all out and the same day can be 40 degrees and 90 degrees where we are. Looking forward to many memories in this thing but want the kids comfy. Thanks!

I'd just put it on Auto.
Set it and forget it.

Note: Rear Heat only comes out from below the Front Seats.
Make sure nothing is blocking the vents (i.e. floor mats).
Rear A/C only comes out from the Roof Vents.

Enjoy.
