Works fine with mine.

Can you PM me a price for one for a 97 shipped to 93312.

I will as soon as we are back into production.

Originally they were built around the MetalTech sliders I had on the truck. I haven't heard of any interferance with any brand slider but I can't promise that. You may have to do some grinding...

Sorry did not see it posted will the same one work for an FJ80 and FZJ80?

There is no reason that I can think of that they wouldn't. We will be bolting one up to a FJ80 shortly to make sure.

Hey Chad,

What's ETA on getting production going again.. We're almost 2 months out at this point on payment and my UPS guy is getting tired of me asking if he's got anything heavy for me..

Thanks, Chris

Chad,
I was hoping to drive down and pick one up for my '97 mid February, how much notice do you need ?
Thanks, Alex

Is tomorrow fast enough? Here is a sneak peek at the new design (please note the drain plug holes have not been drilled yet.):

We currently have 19 people on a list of wanting skids... Out of those, 3 people have already paid. Those 3 people are going to get priority and will hopefully have their skid shipped out this weekend. (DIGLERZ, you are on the top of that list. Thank you so much for being patient with us!) I will start contacting everybody else who has inquired about the skids in the order that I got contacted with a quote. From there, we will be building and sending out skids in the order that money is received. That is the fairest way that I can think of to handle the backup.

On another note: We will no longer be offering powdercoating! The only option from here on out is a skid in bare metal for $250 + shipping. (The only exception is DIGLERZ because he has already paid for powdercoating... I guess we will do one more just for you!)

We should be fine in that regard. Let's try to touch bases with each other the end of Jan.

Excellent, Thanks !

Okay, I have sent out a PM to everybody who contacted me during our down time. Aaron's wife is now in her third trimester (They are having a baby boy due 2/5/13.) so we will be building these skids and shipping them out as fast as possible. Since there are so much interest, I will post up the names in order that money is received. Hopefully that will help everybody visualize where we are at. If you are going to pick up the skid and not ship it, we will build your skid once money is received and let you know when it is done. That way this is fair for everybody!

2) Mr. Jitz

Awesome... Merry Christmass to me !!

Thanks for all your hard work on this and the update.. I can't wait to see it.

Chris

Well I'm sorry to say we have another hold up... Aaron's wife was just admitted to the hospital and he is there with her. Skid plates take the back seat to family! I will keep everybody posted on when we are back up and running. Meanwhile we would appreciate your prayers.

Sent from my Galaxy S III using IH8MUD app.

I would have thought the first person that found an issue would have been top priority but apparently not. Prayers to the wife.

I thought you were all taken care of but apparently not. Feel free to PM me if need be. Thanks for the prayers, they are very much needed.

When I started the goal was to get a skid plate and I do not have (or had) one that fit. You said you would see what the problem was and get me one that fit then suddenly they started going out again with no contact.

Nice PM, Tony. LOL!

To summarize our past conversations, you modified the skid to fit your truck then contacted us. We stopped production and gave you the option of 1) a replacement (Send the skid back and we will ship you a new one once we get the fitment issue figured out.), 2) a refund (Send the skid back to us and we would send you a refund.) or 3) sell the skid to somebody with a ’95 – ’97 locally to get your money back faster. To my understanding, you sold the skid locally because you wanted to make sure you had the money back before Christmas. Because of that, I figured that we were all taken care of. If not, please contact me via PM or email so we can talk about it. Otherwise, I appreciate your continued prayer and concern for Aaron’s family and I wish you a Happy New Year.
