Recognize this part

this part was found in the parking lot area where I normally park. Does anyone recognize what it is or where it goes?

Check your exhaust system.
Is inside curve about 2-2.5"?

About that size. Where in the exhaust do you think it came from?

There is a half-circle "plate" with 2 captive nuts welded to it that is at the back flange of the outboard cat. That looks kinda like the center part of that plate.
