Just going through the (1995) FSM for torque values for the rear shocks I'm replacing and the procedure pages do not list a torque for the (lower) shock mounting bolt to the axle. The standard torque values list, does however have everything needed for the job. I annotated my copy so I don't have to keep looking in two places:
