Happy the whale tail is gone! Here's an option to fill holes for anyone with a super white LC. I found these on Amazon for ~$20. Secured them in place and back filled them with silicone. Make sure they are seated flush before the silicone sets up. Seems solid.
The 3/8" (10mm) plugs fit the smaller, circular holes on top, and the 1/2" (13mm) plugs fit the oblong holes on the rear.
