Were there any changes made right before the vibration started?

Having chased (and resolved) a similar issue, on one of mine, I’d be looking at rear control arm bushings and rear driveshaft u-joints. Mine turned out to be “bad pinion angle” (as @OwnerCS suggests above) “eating a u-joint”.
 
Update. I pulled my front drive shaft off because I felt the vibration in the front of the vehicle. Engaged diff lock and took it for a spin. No vibrations at all. Looked at the shaft and noticed the joint couplings were in line and not phased at 90 degrees off from each other (if that makes sense). I’m guessing it is the front shaft

Looking to get this one fixed or just order a new one
