I would paint the inside of the rim black...

- I plan on re-powdering most likely when I re-gear to the 4.88 and get me some bigger tires.

When are they going on the 100? It still on jackstands

:crybaby:
- Unfortunately yes, it's still on jack stands and they have sunken into the asphalt about an inch or so. I plan on throwing them on tomorrow...possibly friday. I'll take pics when I do, so everyone can harrass me just a lil bit more. haha

Main reason for powdering was cause the used stock rims i got for $25 a piece where kind of in $25 a rim condition, if you know what I mean. That's why I resurfaced , blasted and powdered.

I really hope someone doesn't like them as much as my last ones were liked. :bang:

Wheel locks buddy. Best insurance on a set of wheels. Not to say they can't be stolen, but it sure as hell will make it hard for them. Only issue is that a good set might cost more than your rims lmao. Also, get yourself out of the hood. :flipoff2:

I had the gorilla lock nuts guess the key was universal....:frown:

I'm fairly sure it was one of the mechanics from the tire shop because they were all very enamored with the internal staun bead-locks on all 5 of my wheels. I'm sure the new 33" tires were a + too. freakin' jerks

Bull- Try this method of locking your wheels up.

Step 1:

put anchor in ground

Step 2:

thread this through all wheels and attach into anchor using this:

Rustoleum paint. Any bare metal will rust. I actually have to remove my WHOLE arb in a couple of weeks because I forgot to do that. I'm afraid of the amount of rust I have. GA isn't exactly a "salt" state. But it's rained a lot these past months...

damn

****

This is true, it has been raining a lot lately! haha but if GA "isn't exactly a "salt" state" then the same goes for FL. ;p

2000UZJ & Bull Cruiser,

Thanks Guys! Rustoleum was my first guess. Thought I would just double check. It has been raining here in San Francisco for over a week. But, I know what you mean about GA and FL. I was born and raised in Alabama with a few years here and there in FL. Ah, home sweet home.......

That's right representin' the DURTY SOUTH..... but I do think it would be nice to live in a dry state like Arizona because RUST BLOWS GOATS FOR NICKELS'!

However, if I moved to Arizona I would have to buy a WAVE LOCH because I would certainly miss the backyard beach access to go surfing whenever.

Today you could surf down my street...

tech - wife was glad she had the cruiser to drive to school yesterday and one sedan next to her stalled out in a large and DEEP puddle/mini-lake (rain doesn't soak in here - at all...)

wildsmiths 100 looks awesome. You dont see many of that blue, and you really dont see many built up like his. Just thought I'd randomly put that out there. Technically speaking, I'd like to know what lights are on that rack, since I'm too lazy to search.
