My radiator was sent off to get re-built but there seems to be so much junk in the radiator to where they can't get it out. So, since the radiators are no longer available, has anyone heard of trying to retrofit a 60 series radiator to work on the Pig? Any other suggestion?

go back...the way is blocked...find an industrial rad shop that can recore the pig rad...I cannot say others may have had better luck finding a "cheap" way around it, but I believe they are wrong...for factory set-up rig, use the right rad...so much headache in tracking down hoses; trimming to fit, jury rigging brackets or hacking the front support...cheaper to pay 400 bucks and have its guts changed out; bolts right up, and on ya go...

I agree - hard to beat factory fit!

The radiator shop that Trollhole(he's working on my Pig) is using wants $750 to re-core.

pricey, but when you're dealing in unobtainium, everything is...the alternative to using a pig size radiator is to hack up the rad support...it's a dark walk down a dreary lane...check out Griffin or Ron Davis first...
