Those look great. Where did you get the powder coating done? I’m in Phoenix. Also do you remember offhand what Torx size the bolt heads are? Any any tips for removing stuck ones?
T30 - I recommend the Wiha T30 Terminator

Also, good luck, hope yours are not as stuck as mine.

We use North American powdercoating in Tucson, they're just east of I-10 on Grant. They do great work, (520)622-5640.

T30 according to Mr. T (see attachment).

Soak any stuck ones with Kroil, then make sure your tool is properly seated to prevent rounding the bolt head and "surprise" the bolts.

Hope that helps!

Thanks man I appreciate the tip. I bought the Wiha T30 Terminator and luckily was able to get all off without PB Blaster or anything. I Guess dry sunny AZ luck which isn’t my usual luck. A couple of the bolts had mildly stripped heads, but I was able to hammer the t30 in enough to get them to unscrew. I did get a 12” long 1/4 ratchet which made all the difference . I had tried gently with my Milwaukee 1st to loosen, but none budged and I didn’t want to risk stripping them so I stopped . I Was pleasantly surprised the leverage on the ratchet did the trick

I also ordered a set of 12 new bolts so I can replace any that were a little mashed up

Powder coat I’m having Higgy’s in Mesa get them painted for me. They will have my truck in their shop next week for a suspension upgrade so easiest just to have them take care of this as well. Planning to have them powder the bolt heads too.

I’d recommend picking the worthless loctite off and anti seizing the hell out of those ring bolts when it comes time to reinstall
