Looks awesome! I wish you had 2 of everything for another guy's 45. ;)

I wish I was closer. I would done a same day turn around powder coating that cage for ya.

Yesterday after rebuilding the carb with one of the kits I got from @cruiseroutfit Cruiser Outfitters and I have to say the Keyster kit is one of the best I have ever used. I got the fuel cell in place and ran all the lines and breather tube. Some fresh gas and she fired right up. I am super happy with the way the motor is running. Josh came over and we finished bolting down the cage and bed cage ( all double plated and tied into the frame ) all steel donated by Summit Steel in San Diego Topped all the fluids off in the diff's and Thanks to @orangefj45 Valley Hybrids and Cruiser Brothers the new FJ62 thirds, Rebuild kits and everything it took to finish the axles. The Cruiser Outfitters 8 inch slip yoke for the rear driveshaft fits perfect, We mounted the New 33x10.5x15 Micky Thompson Baja Legend tires Thanks to our local sponsor Koritas tires using hardward donated by Brandon at Classic Cruisers. Bowfin Cruisers kicked in and covered our chase and front KC Lites and I have all but two mounted. I want to Thank all our Sponsors and these guys are not just sponsors they are personal friends. We have camped, wheeled and wrenched together. I am taking the 45 down for exhaust this morning then finish up what I can tommorow. By tuesday we hope to be at KOH for pre running and shock tuning. these will the last pictures until its completly done. Its been one hell of a build and should be an Epic race. Thanks for all the support

You guys going to run a gps and coms? I think the course will be well marked but coms are essential, more for driver and co-driver, but as well as reaching the pits in case there is an issue. A fresh air system and helmet skirt is also a must. Keep the updates coming.

Made it out to KOH and spent 4 days in the desert holding down camp and working on the 45. Finished up miunting the tailgate and started on the seats and harness. after a few shake down runs we haqd some issues with the front driveshaft flange we spent some time wirking on that while I worked on getting all the rest of the lights installed. Overall everyone was reallt happy with the build. I wasnt happy with the ride height and with the softer Skys Off road design springs I decided to build m own spring pack. Bob @brooksfj60 drove out and brought 2 sets of springs I had in the yard. After a full day with the help of Andrew we had the 45 back on the ground and went for another run. We nailed it on the first try. With a little more ride heighth out shock travel was perfect. I have a lot left and with the good weather ahead I know we are going to make it.
