Build Purist Step away. Mint 400 2023 FJ45

A little nicer today being under cover. Bob picked up the bed tray to weld up, Josh came by and we finished the side fuel dump bracket. I'm going to run a kicker to the bed frame to stiffen it up. Hoping for a break in the weather next week. Thanks for everyone's support and encouragement Its been one Hell of a Build

Last couple of days no time to take many pictures. Low temps and rain have had me finishing up lots of small stuff. We are expecting 4 days of good weather starting tommorow. The 45 is at Bob's now we have a list of welding, Limiting strap brackets, driveshaft hoop, finish tying in the bed cage to the frame, rear bumper, jack and tool tray, bump stop brackets. Bolt on tailgate and then I can finish loading up all the spare parts. We did get a break and got the pedels lowered 2 inches for a little more leg room. By thursday I should have all the final safety stuff installed to pass tech. Rain today so I am going to finish mocking up our secondary Pre air filter which will be mounted inside the cab where the heater blower was. Spare belts, fuses carb parts and such can get mounted inside the engine bay. Sunday will be the final shake down run and expect to post pics of the Miint 400 FJ45 2.0

Pre air filter installed. Tommorow we are going were going to get this rig finished. Has to be on the trailer and race ready Monday

In cab filter. We will carry one complete filter assembly, 1 at each pit and 4 cover sox's in the glove box
