Called these guys first thing this morning and they can only get one of the oil seals. I asked them about live inventory and they said "ha ha ha NO". Maybe I just need to get a list of all Toyota dealers nationwide and start calling them. I feel like I'm working on my Datsun again...

I placed an order for the PTO seals, 90311-38032 for the passenger side seal on the winch drum shaft and two of the 90311-28004 for each end of the worm shaft. Ordered on 12/30/2020, arrived today via Fedex ground. The Toyota parts guy apologized for the holiday delay.

Just to update the current part numbers and applications:

The original part no. for the winch drum shaft seal was 90311-38043. It's been superceded (as noted earlier in this thread) by 90311-38032.

The original part no. for the two worm shaft seals was 90311-28003. It's been superceded by 90311-28004. Just as @65swb45 mentioned, this seal is the same as the transmission input shaft seal for both 3 and 4 speeds.

These are from the dealer I mentioned in post 16.

I just placed a large order with Conicelli also, including the PTO seals, they beat my local dealer on every item and gave me 5% off to boot! I did source some of those seals from other dealers as well as Conicelli. I was finally able to get some through my local dealer for a great price. When asked what had to be done to get the NLA seals, they responded with "must have been a computer error". Stay tuned to my build thread for some PTO powder coating deliciousness and to see these seals installed.

Were you packing that piece when your dealer responded with "must have been a computer error"?
Of course! But they didn't see it. In hindsight maybe I should have open carried, maybe they wouldn't have harassed me about wearing a muzzle.
