Love the progress so far - keep it up!

I did the same. Centered the 5.3 and 4l60e. This put my NP205, basically right up against the inside of the passenger side frame rail.

So with this freaking covid pandemic bullcrap, I've been waiting on parts to come in. However, I did finally get my trans crossmember kit in from Barnes4wd. Did some fab work today. Finally getting some traction on this project again.

Now just need to take off the temporary mount at the top of the trans that was holding it in place while fabbing up the new one.

While waiting on parts, I did make a stand for my axles. Much better working height than sitting on jack stands

A little work today on ole Lockjaw. Making room for the Atlas

Getting the rear 4-link mocked up with the lower brackets tacked on. Also getting ready to replace the drivers side top fender well in the rear. 50 spot welds and a few cuts and its out

It would be a good idea to plate under those crossmember tabs

Both rear shock mounts tacked in place. Got the top of the passenger fender well off. Back half of body back on.

Hope that's sch80 pipe. That sch40 stuff is super weak in the rocks :hillbilly:

Really curious to see what backspacing you're running and where the tires end up when articulated. Envious of that high centered t-case output. I had to work around my Orion passenger side drop and getting the math on the links was way harder. Your mock up looks good, what are the AS numbers?

Not sure on the AS numbers. Didn't check BS on wheels, just went with what I liked and what looked good to me.

Haven't been working on the 40 project for awhile. Took my old truck and painted it for my son's 16th birthday

Looks awesome!

Did get some work done last week on Lockjaw. All of the front floor pan cut out and mocking up some new panels. Had to make a panel and cut out a doner piece for gas tank relief area. More to come
