V8 (preferable)
power steering
disc brakes
SOA
minor rust ok, no rot
from the west coast.

I am not looking for a project or pile of parts, but a driver that needs a little TLC.

Looking to spend around 8K.

Mine is all stock and probably not what you're looking for, but it's for sale in this forum for $5900. It's a '65.

Edit. NM, definitely not what you're looking for... it'll be a project to get to what you want. But free bump anyways!

Small block 400,fresh and very strong roller valve train, hooker nickel ceramic coated custom fenderwell headers, muncie 4 speed, new 4" lift kit front end correction kit, 4 wheel disc brakes centerline 15x10 with 33" mud t/a's full roll cage diamond plate skins in rear, new winch mount custom bumper, CHEVODA ,CA LISENCE Plate, still needs brake lines made clutch pdal mounted minor misc.
