My 09 LX570 has some tailgate closing issues.
It comes about halfway down, but then bounces a bit and starts to beep, then opens back up.
But occasionally it does work as advertised, and comes down as it should.
I've lubed the hinges, greased the (accessible) gears by the lift arm, and have replaced the struts.
Is my motor getting weak?
Anybody else have this issue?
Disregard.... opened my eyes and saw a thread about the replacement on the same page lol....
