For the new location are you guys looking at keeping the same dates or changing the dates also?

Because I would be down for a windrock trip with this group. But these particular dates didn’t work for me.
 
Same dates, since everyone has time off.
 
I want to go to windrock and get a cabin there, more than I want to go to Corolla and rent a mansion. I can be flexible on dates for Windrock.

So the island is still open for camping? I'd love to see what it looks like now. I can remember the changes it went through with Matthew 2 years ago. (...but I'm to wussy to camp there.)
 
Yeah,dont know if she's going to charge cancellation fee or not ,wasn't too happy, so many were cancelling.

I don't think the ferry is running right now. I heard the channel at and to the dock filled in so the ferry's can't make it.

They'll probably get that cleared before the cabins are fixed but I bet the businesses that depend on them aren't happy.

Last I heard the island wasn't "open" yet but I think they'll open it to camping before the cabins are ready.
 
I don't have time to call right now. @jimsmith1370 @SeanLX @DeeRex and myself all need to cancel.
 
Yeah,she said they were opening it up to camping,before our trip. They would be running by then.
 
Need a head count of you is still in . Need to get house with the right amount of beds .
 
I'm up for something that weekend. Hopefully involving driving on the sand and surf fishing. Even if it's a one night camping trip to Carolina Beach.
 
I have that time set aside for beach driving and fishing. I'm still in for 1 person.

I’ve camped there twice this year, once in July. I may have had my fill for a while on beach camping. Nothing wrong with being too wussy, it can become unenjoyable.
 
Marie and I are out for Carova. Hope to see all at the rescheduled Logans in Nov.
