I finally reached them last week. I spoke to Kari and cancelled my reservation. I asked about a refund of the deposit and she first said it will be applied to next year. I asked for a refund instead and she sort of balked, even acted a bit confused. It sounded like she was talking to someone else in the room at the same time. Then she said "all of the ONSC guys will get a refund but it might not be til January". So, I have no idea what that actually means. Fwiw, I reached them fairly early in the morning. It was around 8:30, I believe.
