Plastic clip/pin thingies?? (2 Viewers)

Need help from the collective brain here!
Bear with me, as I don't know the actual part names, so I will do my best to describe!

My LC seems to be missing a couple of the round plastic clips that holds the black plastic shroud thing that covers the headlight, radiator and where the hood latch is. It is the flat piece of plastic staring at your face when you open up the hood. I can see that it should be held down by some sort of round push pins (the left side has them in place, the right side is missing). How or where the heck can I get replacement pins?

Stuff to keep on the shelf

Some stuff is worth keeping on the shelf. For me what makes the list are small parts that could shut down work if needed (oil drain gasket), or stuff that is cheap and might make work easier if we had a handful sitting around to be used when needed (the clips that hold the fender skirts in)...
