Should I be concerned about these piston tops (all look the same) ? Tops are wet from spraying with Kroll. Pulled the head cause the engine won’t budge. Plan to get it to turn by hitting the piston tops. If that fails guess I’ll pull the pan.

Hitting the pistons is not going to make the engine turn. You need to pull the oil pan and start removing bearing caps. After each cap is loosened and removed see if it turns. The pistons probably just have carbon on them. They'll probably clean up once you get them out.

This. Just pull the pan. It likely leaks and needs a new gasket anyway :D

A proper socket on the crank pully "nut" and breaker bar(a big crescent wrench might work) to try and bump the crank back and forth with sharp rap using a big mallet. If the engine is still in the rig, put it in high gear and try and bump the truck back and forth.

x2 on pull the oil pan and chek.
Also, don't forget the crankshaft connected through gears to the camshaft. Sometimes the camshaft is stuck (rust or damage to the valve pushing rod or lifter) not allowing the crankshaft to move.
