PIO Sticker what is it for?

I have this sticker inside the pocket on my 77 cruiser, can anyone tell me what it means?

I think it means "Port Installed Options". I don't know exactly which items would have been PIO in a Land Cruiser (as opposed to dealer installed), but probably things like floor mats, snow tires, and locking hubs. In the case of my '78, I think California Emissions would have been PIO. At various times, other options included a heater or heaters, a radio, seat belts, and anti-freeze. Seriously.

according to a google search, the current meaning of PIO is Preferred Accessory Package (PIO). Things like Tires and Wheels etc. That could still fit with the above
