Osage, you have to notch the front of the Rocker on the outside, Or you can use the supplied end cap to get that shape. You can notch the top flange on the Rocker for the pillars or notch the pillars themself. I check the mail for the Ticket.

Thanks Bob.

Osage, installed with the doors on, Its better if you take them off because you dont have the weight hanging off the pillars. You need to tie the A,B, and C. Pillars together with some square tubing running across all 3. It would also be wise to cross brace the B pillar on the Drivers to the B pillar on the passenger side top to bottom. So a large X from Bpillar to B pillar. This will eliminate any possible movement. After you tack weld the Rocker in you should re-install the doors to check for fit. When you are Happy with the fit you can weld them complete. Hope this helps. Any more Questions go ahead and Shoot.

Thanks Bob.

I finally got around to cutting out my drivers side rocker panel.

The upper section was in great shape, so I opted to leave it alone and remove only the lower part. The plasma cutter came in very handy for the modifications to Bob's excellent looking panel. Hopefully it doesn't hurt his feelings that I chopped it apart.

It even lined up pretty well despite my best efforts to screw it up.

Let me know what you think. Bob, keep up the good work. These rockers are very stout and they fit really well.

Jon, looks fantastic. No you didnt hurt my feelings. Each individual install is going to be different for everyone. It depends on what you are replacing and a persons skill level. Now you have left-over material in case you need it.

Thanks Bob.
