I have owned and driven F series engines for 45 years. Every time I tried to out think the Mr. Toyota, it came back and bit me. In fact HE might have been the one to invented the word "KIFSS" ( keep it f'n simple stupid )

To answer your earlier question you do not need a return line with the City Racer carb.
