Anyone have pictures of a roll cage in the interior of a 45 non-removable top? I think I'm going to do a metaltech cage, but am trying to picture it in my mind. Thanks, Luke

build a roll bar for the bed and tie it in to the frame. that would probably be your best bet.

I'd like to see the same for my removeable top 45. I was thinking external, but I don't want to have to remove it to put the top on and off. Internal, I can't see where to mount it w/out cutting the channel in the back of the tub. I want a cage but don't want to cut the sheet metal, probably not gonna happen.

I've thought about that myself but there's no space-roll bar idea sounds best since the cabs so short. I know if I add 1 more thing in mine I'll have to relocate to the bed to drive it.

I think Jim Sickles over at Downey Off Road did one in his 65swb. He ended up removing the stock bench seats and tubing in bucket seat mounts as well. Also ditched the gas tank (21k original, now waiting to go in my 65-thank you very much!) It's a VERY VERY TIGHT FIT. I don't think I would ever do one. External, bed mounted bar only. My .02
