Photos of Factory ND Air conditioning

As stated, anyone here got photos of ND factory AC? I just picked up an almost complete system and need to know the following:
-Factory drier bracket location
-Condensor and Evaporator mounting
-Holes where hoses come through firewall and dimensions
-Alternator/AC pump bracket

If anyone has an AC FJ40 near or around Knoxville, Tn. Please let me know

Here’s a small detail for you, diameter of holes in firewall for A/C lines = high side 26mm, low side 36mm.

Factory A/C used a larger radiator, that included larger mounting bracket and shroud. Battery bracket was also different and moves the battery back to clear the compressor. The heater duct is made to clear the evaporator. That like the rest is NLA.

K, I have everything now except the 3 pulley harmonic balancer, alternator bracket (but I have the two hole on mine now). I have the heater duct and the radiator mounting bracket. I just need some pics to help with the build, etc.

I’m looking for how the ac lines penetrate the firewall on us spec vehicle

This is all I can manage tonight. The low pressure hose is below that orange distributor vent hose and barely visible is the smaller high pressure hose directly below the low side hose by like 3 inches.

Looking at the placement of the penetrations I guess mine has 2 center punch spots already for the hose placement…

Note you also need a third hole for the evaporator drain under the blower/fresh air vent.
You also need the two captive nuts for the bottom evap/blower support bracket

Was it originally an ac vehicle or are you adding and drilled the holes?

Unless some dealer tech (Toyota) from that era wants to set the record straight, I would guess those were dealer installed kits. Some of the needed wiring was already wrapped into the harness wiring.

Factory installed ac.

The holes are perfect, clean and painted. Looks like an original hole to me.

I have drilled tons of holes in sheet metal and never have been able to do any this clean.

I just had the evap blower assembly out to install new grommets.
