I would love to see more info on this 40
Im from salt lake, Always wanted a 40, my dad had one when I was a kid. I looked for a few years and finally got this one from the Land Cruiser Museum it was in the back room all sad. Greg Miller got it from a mine in Nevada about 20 years ago they said. It was actually buried underground, they had to dig it up. it had no top no engine nothing it was in really sad shape. Over the years Ive slowly done stuff to it. tracked down the factory soft top doors in blue patina on here on mud. When I first got it I got an F engine for 60 dollars on marketplace and it ran lol. found transfer case was and trans for 100 haha. it was a full budget build the first year, and I drive it a ton. since then I have done a few big road trips in it. And it gets drove about 250 miles a week. I did all my own work to it sliders, bumpers, rebuilt the engine, put a sm465 and dana 18 in it for slow crawling and did a sniper setup on it. I love the thing lol
