Damn thats quite a while, a fella could get sick and die or some sort of bad misfortune happen waiting on one of those. So what are the chances of not receiving it at all

I am in the same boat. I have a hard top, and I am a newbie so I am not sure what all is involved with this. Perhaps some of you guys with more experience can shed some insight. Thanks Edward
1. Does the skeleton framework fit into pre-existing attachment points in the bed?
2. How easy and permanent is this to do?
3. How does the canvas attach/anchor to the side of the tub? Pre-existing attachment points or am I going to need to drill holes?
4. What are pros/cons of canvas vs. vinyl?

Does the skeleton framework fit into pre-existing attachment points in the bed?
--The frame and bows and all necessary hardware are included, but you might want to make sure that you have the captive nuts in the rear of the tub for the frame to attach to. Also along the windshield frame.
How easy and permanent is this to do?
--They are simple to install, but it's time consumming and thus fairly permanant. Once it's on, you won't be taking it on and off regularly.

--footman loops along the rear of the tub and doors (unless ambulance doors) and turnbuckles along the sides of the tub. If your tub was a factory softop set-up, then no drilling required. But if not, you'll need to drill for the footman loops and turnbuckles. The tops do not include these parts with purchase.
What are pros/cons of canvas vs. vinyl?
--Canvas looks cool and can be very durable if cared for properly. Vinyl is more weather resistant and easy to maintain.

That is a huge accusation. I would suggest you DONT order if you have his doubt. And you should be clear and have proof whenever you do accuse anyone. If you want to discuss this further, you should post a new thread.

I think Ehsan is a hard working person who's trying to put food on his familes plate and sell a product to us, who have a market for his goods. Where does world politics come into play with this.

I propose that Fuzzy Logic take the high road and delete all his entries starting with #222 forward, and everyone else who followed with commentary in reply do so as well. That would clean up and return this thread to what is was, a group of LC owners buying tops from Ehsan and everyone else interested but not buying.

Martin - Thank you for the straight forward, simple answers!!! I think I'll wait until I have spent some bonding time with my new rig before I decide on a major change, such as full time topless. Judging by the products that I see out of Eshan, he will be around should I change my mind in the future.

...we are so far going by water, as that was the cost basis used to collect the funds +/- minor differentials to be collected on arrival. However, if Ehsan comes up with a good deal for air freight costs that the group feels they can handle ponying up an additonal differential payment in order the reduce weeks of time to delivery, I'm OK with that also.
