Please see my previous post. I am still scrubbing the order free of loose ends. Nothing is official until then. We have 11 individual orders paid up and 2, possibly 3 more if payment is available in 48 hours. Once collection of funds is officially closed this week, I will forward you a complete order broken down by individual buyers.
At your convenience, please email me the details I will need to wire you the 1st payment.

...have info to wire payment to Ehsan. I will finish cleaning up the order list Tuesday and Wednesday and plan to wire the 1st payment Thursday barring any complications on my schedule this week.

Just went through the whole order. I must praise you Ricardo. That is one fine database tool. Very functional and practical. Simply amazing. Here are some points I want clarified in the order
1 - Belanger, Sean - 67azcruiser - Your order includes a Khaki canvas trail top. I would recommend you get a Vinyl trail top as that would be more water resistant. The choice is yours offcoarse.
2- We prefer, now, to ship via air. That is faster and hassel free. Less chances of the shipment being mishandled and shipping time drastically reduced. The shipping cost, however would be doubled.

Ehsan, this presents a problem, as buyers have paid on an assumption that the shipping cost by water would be +/- ~16.5% of the value of their order.
Since you are shipping the order in my name, I cannot release any funds until I have the entire amount in hand needed to pay for air freight, and some buyers may not be able or want to pay the extra cost.
We have two options:
1. go on with the usual crating and shipping by water as estimated, or,
2. give me a cost of air freight estimated based on a $12,000 order to see if the buyers are willing to make additional contributions to the funds collected for shipment costs to date for the difference. I will defer release of any funds until there is a consensus reached by all.

Hello there
I finally got around with the shipping company and am going to strike a deal with them in a week for low shipping costs. I have decided to go via air in all orders hopefully and have got a shipping price that is nearly the same as that via sea. (initially). Its a 2 year contract and I have to give them a certain amount of business to benefit from it.
Please let me know what Airport is nearest to you so I can get a quote for you so you can decide on what way you want to go.

We are going water unless Ehsan gets a really, really good deal by air when he is closer to shipping our order, if the group agrees at that point that a small differential in additional cost is worth it.
