Excaliber in south Tempe has done very good work for my kids a few times. They used to be the official body shop for Tempe Toyota back in the days before the dealership was rebuilt to include a body shop. John
I've had good luck with Complete Paint & Body. They've done 3 vehicles for me and all came out great. His prices are about half of what I've found in the East Valley. The downside is that the shop is located on 19th Ave and Van Buren. For me, it's worth the trip. You can call and ask for the owner, Mario, at 602-252-2455.

Pm Murf about his paint guy. The guys name is Jason and he does awesome work at competitive prices. He fixed my fathers F350 and the truck looks brand new. My 80 will be getting a new paint job from Jason come September.
