A huge thank you, everyone. Usually with a crowd I go home feeling exhausted and ready to curl up - I had to resist the urge to turn the truck around and go back to camp, this time. What an amazing group of folks, pups, kiddos, and Cruisers.

I had a blast meeting everybody. Thanks to everyone in charge of organizing this trip. Definitely the highlight of the year. Also, thanks for everyone who helped with the mountain side maintenance. The LV and the Pig made it back unscathed to Hartsville. Photo dump to follow

Had an awesome time again. Weather was good, but a little wet along the way. No action shots, but here's what I've got.

Wife and I drove up Saturday and were going to hike into the camp and visit you all but when we got there about 3:30pm it was a downpour so we just around for a bit then back home thru Brevard. Saw a group of Suzuki Sammies heading home. What time did you guys pull into the campsite Saturday?

We were there when they were leaving! The rain was brief; ya shoulda stayed.

Booooo I tried to go down to Horsepasture River for a swim, instead. Almost made it. It must've come down right before I got there, the ranger I talked to said her wife had taken the bobcat down earlier today.
