I haven't fully decided yet. Wanted a 40 series plate bracket, but couldn't find one in budget. Likely mount to bar with welded in nuts and generic light.

Ok more done. Slight vibration in the swing out if you smack the tire good. I'm not sure if this is normal as I've never had a swing out before.

Well as I drive it has a SLIGHT wobble on bumps, but on the bumpy roads of Honduras that will be worse. To alleviate that should I do a side tube brace off the side plate of the bumper with a second spindle?

Solution: I'm adding two bump stops and reinforcing spindle from the top!

Compartment doors came in.

Did some flex testing to see if the rear bumper swing out moved and seemingly nothing, which I'm happy to see! [emoji16]

Anyone have experience with this company for seat covers or have another suggestion?

Seat covers.

No idea how they attach.

Can't remember the ramp manufacture, as I've had them for years. They are aluminum and only weigh 25lb for both. The Pelican case is currently empty and I'm only going to put stuff in it if I need it at the time. My tire is only a 30" and I have no intentions of running bigger.

I'm also going to weld on another support on top of the spindle running down the back side of the bumper which is 1/4" steel.

They can go sideways over the Pelican case as well. There's no where else to store them and bed space needs to remain clear. I'll get a pic later to show what I'm talking about.
