Thanks. Thought they looked like 60 series (maybe 70 series, wasn't sure)
No problem. Yeah they work pretty good and a vast improvement from OEM!

That sunroof cover looks the same as the one for my 87. I can get you some measurements of mine if you want.

Yes please! I'm waiting from the seller on their measurements. I wish mine did not have a sun roof as I can't stand the sun beating on my head!

Im not ambitious enough to get them to you tonight lol. I should be able to in the morning.

Did you guys get pretty wet there in DFW?

That's cool. Yes rain, rain and more rain! Stopped for now thankfully.

That's a sweet looking Hilux! What model number Cummins product did you get? Thx!

Cummins Filtration AP8408

I was able to find the part numbers for the Donaldson and the Cummins by using the search function on my previous posts. :grinpimp:

Thanks! Maybe I'll go that route when the Donaldson I have bites the dust. I'm also thinking of putting "line-x" on the actual snorkel since it's a knock off and maybe not super UV stable.

LOL! Cool bro, hope you get one so we can roll together!

So my sunroof cover measures 32 1/4" x 12 7/8" x 5/8"-ish. The cutout for the nob measured 11 3/4 (from the back face meaning it steps in 1 1/8")

The two white lines on mine are cheapo weather stripping to keep the cover from vibrating.

^^^Thank you!!! Hope I can get this one I'm looking at!

Is the sunroof cover a good price at $120? The guy says that's his rock bottom.

I sold one on eBay a couple of years ago, I got almost $100 for it, and I was shocked I got that much. $120 is too high, IMO.
My concern is I might not see another one anytime soon. I can't stand the sun coming down on me! Have another one to sell??

Holy crap $120!!?? I guess I lucked out buying a 4runner with "unicorn blood". But still, that's ridiculous.

I was thinking of making something with cardboard and glue lol.

Actually, a super easy option would be just plastidip the glass. If it sucks or doesn't work, just peel it off. I've used it is different applications and it builds up a pretty good layer - enough that it would probably block out most/some sunlight. That and a can cost like $8?

Our 4R isn't amazing, but I'm gonna pass on that option (more "custom" than I want). Sell me yours! :D
