I'm hoping to find out what people have done when they've installed advance adapters twin stick kit on an h55 f and split case. Particularly the two shift levers, have you bent them out so they are farther away from each other? Did you do that after the boot? Are they parallel when in two-wheel drive high range? That seems to leave them askew if you were to go into four-wheel drive high range.

Here's my setup. Mine's right hand drive so I had to make sure they didn't hit my knee. I also wanted the knobs far enough apart so I could wrap my hand around each without bonking my knuckles on the other. They are about parallel in High Range 2WD.
